Unfortunately we do NOT accept cancellations at any time, so be sure you will be coming at the time you choose. NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no circumstances does the guest have legal grounds for cancellations or refunds for ANY reason, including but not limited to: Acts of God, bad weather, rain, wind, excessive heat, lack of trade winds, cleanliness of property due to cleaning crew (if this occurs owner will have unit re-cleaned by another crew at his sole expense), loud neighbors, bugs, insects, or creatures, that are common in tropical locations, a breakdown in an appliance or amenity, a misunderstanding over an expectation, appearance of property compared to photos on websites, etc. If the guest is not able to make their reserved dates, owner reserves the right to allow guests to come back within 12 months to complete their stay.
