Haleiwa is the town, about an hour north of the airport.

There is a great fish plate lunch spot on the pier called Nico’s Fish Market, in town, might be fun to stop there for lunch after the airport before heading up to the house.

The health food store in Haleiwa is called Celestial and the cafe there is called Beet Box Cafe, good stuff…..

Some people like to stop at Costco on the way out, search Costco Ka Uka Blvd

Don’t be afraid of ANY of our food trucks you see.

I particularly like the Thai truck in Haleiwa called, “Souvaly”

Great Mexican in Haleiwa is Luibueno’s for their beer battered fish tacos/burritos

Awesome tuna steak at Turtle Bay Golf course, called Lei Lei’s (get with garlic mashed potatoes and extra brown sugar, wasabi butter sauce)

My friend, Paul, teaches a great, casual yoga class M, W, F at 7:30am inside the Waimea Falls Park, for $5 donation….he provides mats, and amazing view in there, often seeing peacocks!

Foodland shopping center has great POKE bowls (raw tuna chunks, seasoned, with rice) and it’s a local favorite, to be found in the deli section by asking for one!

That should get you started, let me know if you need anything else!
